  • You can request a refund for both perishable and non-perishable items within 7 hours of delivery.
  • Once food items are paid for, orders cannot be canceled on the day of delivery.

How to Get a Refund:

If we can’t provide an item at the requested time, you can choose a refund to your Tehora wallet or bank account.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Perishable Items: If you’re unsatisfied with items like fresh produce or meat, please contact us within 7 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • Non-Perishable Items: For items like grains or spices, you have 24 hours to request a refund, but you must lodge a complaint within 7 hours of delivery.

Exemptions:

No returns or refunds will be accepted without a valid complaint filed within 7 hours.

Delayed Refunds:

Once confirmed, check your Tehora wallet or bank account for the refund. Allow some time for bank processing.

Transportation Costs:

If items are defective, Tehora covers the return shipping. If you change or cancel an order, you’ll need to cover those costs.
